Dorthea Culver Elected President of the NAACP Henry County Alabama Branch

On Sunday June 22, 2008 at a special election in Abbeville, Alabama; Ms. Dorthea Culver was elected President of the Henry County Branch of the NAACP. A full slate of officers where also elected. State President Edward Vaughn attend the election and swore in the new officers.
